You can probably guess from the name that Lower Deer Valley is a set of neighborhoods located at the base of the Deer Valley ski resort. Deer Valley Drive does a big circle through Lower Deer Valley that has three lakes in the center ... you can actually fly fish in during the summer ... Jans and Trout Bum usually hold free fly fishing lessons on the lakes during the summer (call them for times and days). The properties surrounding the lakes are condominiums (Trails End, Pine Inn, Lakeside, Stonebrige, Black Diamond Lodge, Stonebridge, and Pinnacle to name a few).
