Empire pass is the newest area of development in Park City and is located on the upper slopes of the Deer Valley ski resort. It features a luxury condominium and townhome communities such as the Montage (a 5 star amenities), Flagstaff, Arrowleaf, Ironwood, The Grand Lodge, Silver Strike, and Shooting Star.
