BUYER INCENTIVE PROGRAM

When you use us to represent you in puchasing Park City Real Estate or Deer Valley Real Estate, we help you purchase the property by providing up to $10,000 or more towards your closing costs or the purchase price of a Park City area home, condominium, or land.  The amount is based up on the purchase price at settlement.  Please contact Nick Coleman at 435.640.7781 for specific details and restrictions. But, as general examples:

• A property purchased for $500,000 would be eligible for $2,500 towards the closing costs or purchase price.
• A property purchased for $1,000,000 would be eligible for $5,000 towards the closing costs or purchase price.
• A property purchased for $2,000,000 would be eligible for $10,000 towards the closing costs or purchase price.

You can choose to work with any real estate agent to purchase a home ... so, why us?  This Buyer Incentive Program is just one of the many reasons.  The Utah Real Estate Commission doesn't allow us to give you money outside of closing, but we can help with the closing costs associated with the purchase of your new home.  So, wouldn't you rather work with an agent who is willing to share in those expenses with their clients.
