Pinebrook
Park City Mountain Living -- Quick Salt Lake City Access Pinebrook is located on the tree lined south side of I-80 at the Jeremy Ranch Exit. This makes for an easy commute to Salt Lake as well as Park City. Pinebrook consists of custom built homes on large treed lots plus condominiums at the base. Condo developments are located in lower Pinebrook and consist of Pinebrook Point, Pine Creek, Cedar Ridge, Pinebrook Cottages, Elk Run, Brook Hollow, Horsethief Canyon and the new Courtyards at Quarry Village to name a few. The individual home communities are located further up the mountainside and include some of the following areas: Eagle Ridge, High Meadows, Pinebrook Estates, Ecker Hill, and Pineridge. Pinebrook has a large park with multiple playing fields. It also offers tennis courts and is home to the historic Ecker Hill Ski Jump. Even though the platform is long gone the hill is still there and used in the winter by the local neighborhood kids for sledding. Pinebrook has numerous hiking trails throughout, including one that goes all the way to the Canyons Ski Resort. Located in lower Pinebrook, just off the I-80 exit, is the Quarry Village shopping complex which consists of an Albertsons Grocery, Blockbuster, and other stores as well as several restaurants: Park City Bagel, Ah Shucks, Ah Sushi, and NYPD Pizza. There is a tanning salon, dry cleaners and a Cost Cutters if you need a trim. Pinebrook is also home to the private school Park City Academy which instructs children in grades Kindergarten through 8th. Pinebrook offers multiple home options, neighborhood shopping and easy access to I-80. |
